Course Outline
In order to plan a course, I work with stakeholders to establish an overall goal. After breaking down the steps that need to completed by the learner to reach that goal, I list the learning objectives. This outline provided the starting point for developing the materials needed to help learners reach those objectives.

Learning Design Plan
This learning design plan gives an overview for the onboarding training of a new team within a volunteer organization. The plan describes the learner personas, learning objectives and learning events of the project.
